Born in the small town of Bouckville, New York, Ruth attended Green Mountain College in Poultney, Vermont and graduated from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. In 1972 Ruth moved to New Hampshire, where she has lived ever since. Mother of two children who are now grown and on their own, Ruth’s son, Brian, works with her as the other half of Team Neidhardt, and her daughter, Amy, is a school teacher in Bow, New Hampshire.

Thriving on hard work, and extremely goal driven, in the late 1980’s Ruth owned and operated Designers LTD of Meredith NH, a company that wrote, published and manufactured completely stocked kits for creating quilts, needlepoint, and other craft projects. Ruth sold to many renowned companies such as Good Housekeeping, Ladies Home Journal, Better Homes and Garden, and Keepsake Quilting, to name a few.

A full-time real estate agent since 1994, Ruth is a multi-million dollar producer, offering the highest standard of customer service. As a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Ruth received one of the most prestigious designations in the real estate industry, an accreditation that represents a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation.
